On the hunt for…a rain jacket

After all the rain we had last week on the east coast, I came to the conclusion that it’s finally time to invest in a great rain jacket.  I don’t know about you, but if it’s raining out, I want a hood to cover my head. I just think its the most practical for rainy weather. Here are some cute hooded rain jackets that I found…

rain-jackets1. Heritage raincoat, Anthropologie

2. Rain cape, Iva Jean

3. Matinee trench, J. Crew

4. Packable anorak, Laundry by Shelli Segal

5. Fleece-lined rain coat, L.L. Bean

Wedding Wednesday! Your New Go-to for Everything Bridal

photos from BHLDN.com

I stumbled upon BHLDN  a few days ago and feel like I’ve uncovered a gem! From the people behind Anthropologie, BHLDN is their bridal counterpart, which can only mean one-of-a-kind, delicate and detailed pieces. You can find everything from wedding gowns, jewelry and accessories, shoes, and even décor! One unique feature that their website has to offer is the ability to create your own moodboard for inspiration- very cool!  I have become completely obsessed with their stuff (I can’t stop looking at their Arcadia Gown) and there is no doubt I will be picking up a piece or two for my own wedding🙂

I challenge you to…. Explore BHLDN here and leave a comment under this post with what piece you adore (I know, it’s hard to just pick just one!).

leather jacket, Anthropologie/ bag, Malababa/ necklace, vintage/ skinny jeans, Aqua/ top, Sparkle & Fade via Urban Outfitters/ flats, Yosi Samra/ sunnies, Burberry

These Yosi Samra flats have become a wardrobe staple of mine. I find myself wearing them almost everyday, especially with this in between weather we’ve been having. They are super comfortable and the color goes with practically everything. Mine are the Rose Gold color. I’ll definitely be getting another pair.
